The Office of Information Technology supports the mission of Poteau Public Schools, by working to create technology solutions and services that support and enhance the ability to enable and empower students, faculty, and staff to work collaboratively in an effective, efficient, and safe computing environment.

IT is directly responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the central information systems, and district computer related services.   This includes the operational support, security and privacy for servers, applications, networks, and systems that hold District Data.  We also work closely with the users of the information systems, Administrators, and outside experts to provide standards for hardware, software, policies, and procedures to promote the safe and effective use of information technology throughout our campus.
